Insurance will be effective January 1, 2025 for applications that are submitted by December 15, 2024 . Applications submitted between December 16 and January 15 will be effective February 1, 2025 . Applications for healthcare between January 16 and October 31 can only be submitted for qualifying circumstances (see Frequently Asked Questions below for details).
