Is there a fee for overdue or damaged items? We care about our patrons and want to provide the best collection, so we do charge fees for overdue or damaged items . We also ask patrons to take part in keeping our library’s collections in great condition by adhering to their cardholder responsibilities: Ages 18 and older are responsible for materials checked out on their card. Parents and guardians are responsible for materials checked out by those under age 18. Report all losses and/or damages. Make prompt payment of any charges. Access Newspapers Microfilm The Main Library has a microfilm collection of the Ogden Standard-Examiner (and predecessor newspapers) from 1870 to the present, and the New York Times from 1851-2015.
