Sublimation Printer

Print vibrant, heat-transfer designs, creating long-lasting images on fabric and specialty materials.

 

Sublimation printing uses heat to transfer dye directly into the surface of an item, resulting in durable, fade-resistant images that won’t peel or crack.

 

A reservation is recommended to ensure availability.

 

Sublimation paper available for purchase.

 

Available Sublimation Paper Sizes:

  • 8½" x 11" - $1.50 each

  • 8½" x 14" - $1.50 each

 

Sublimation Material Specifications:

  • Apparel must be made from 100% polyester or high-polyester blends (100% polyester works best).

  • Please ensure all other items are specifically labeled for sublimation, such as sublimation-ready blanks.

  • Sublimation works best on light-colored items.

 

Items to Note:

  • Recommended file types: PNG, JPG, or PDF

  • The ink becomes part of the material—mistakes cannot be undone.

  • Final results depend on blank quality, heat settings, and design colors.

  • Practice prints may be recommended for first-time users.

 

What to Bring:

- A digital design formatted to fit within an 8½" x 11" or 8½" x 14" page size on USB drive, email, or cloud access.

- Sublimation-ready blank item(s).
