This resource provides access to hundreds of consumer legal reference books and thousands of legal forms. It has a user-friendly interface for helping users locate information on a wide range of legal issues.
Legal Journal Collection
This resource provides access to a collection of more than 250 well known legal publications, including journals, documents, and case studies. This database is an authoritative source for information on current issues, studies, thoughts and trends of the legal world.
Utah Legal Research Tools
A set of links from the Utah State Law Library to official sources of Utah law, including the Utah Statutes, Utah Administrative Code, Court Rules, and other resources. In addition, links are provided to general legal resources for non-lawyers, jury instructions, and sources of free and low cost legal assistance.
Westlaw Patron Access (In Library Use at Main Library Only)
This comprehensive set of databases covers all federal and state laws, administrative regulations, court cases, and other primary law materials, along with legal encyclopedias and other materials. Utah resources include the Utah Code Annotated, Utah Court Rules Annotated, all reported appellate level Utah court decisions from 1861 to the present, and numerous other materials.
