Annualcreditreport.com is the official government site of the Federal Trade Commission that allows consumers to request a free credit report once every 12 months from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

Consumer.gov is a resource provided by the Federal Trade Commission to educate consumers on money management and scams such as identity theft. Topics covered include credit, loans and debt. Each section has an audio option and many topics are covered by videos. This website is also available in Spanish.
ConsumerReports.org is the fully interactive website companion to the Consumer Reports magazine. The site, accessible with a library card, includes articles, product reviews, and buying guides.
