Live, pre-packaged ladybugs will be available first come, first serve. Don’t be late, quantities are limited!
History of the Ladybugs at the Library
The Weber County Library System first started handing out ladybugs in 2008 at the Grand Opening of the Pleasant Valley Branch. The Pleasant Valley Branch was the library’s first LEED-certified Building. To learn more about LEED certification, check out the US Green Building Council's website. Since then, the library system has continued to do many things to promote sustainable buildings and practices.
