Juvenile Easy Readers, Level 3

This list is designed to help you find beginning reading material for your young reader. Level 3 titles, which are geared towards students reading on a 1st to 2nd grade level, contain longer sentences and phrases. Some are divided into short, simple chapters. Stories at this level help develop comprehension and fluency.

If your child finds these books too easy to read, ask library staff for help in locating transitional books in the juvenile fiction area.
