Ages 18 and older.  A form of martial arts, Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements to regulate breathing and build stamina.  By focusing the mind on moving through a series of poses, a state of mental calm and clarity can be achieved that helps improve coordination, relaxation, and general health.
