Ages 18 and up. Special guest Dr. Silvani Martini, Program Manager at Utah State University, will share her expertise with chocolate, tracing its path from bean to bar. USU has recently developed their own program, making bean-to-bar chocolate to sell with their famous cheese and ice cream.
