The Hour of Land: A Personal Topography of America's National Parks by Terry Tempest Williams

This collection of essays represents a deep meditation on National Parks by noted Utah author and conservationist Terry Tempest Williams in commemoration of the centennial of the National Park Service in 2016.  Topics range in scope from personal memoir to evolutionary history and cover as much ground physically as Williams visits National Parks from Florida to Alaska.
