Native American History and Flute, Main Library

Robb "Little Owl" Martin is a renowned storyteller, Native American-style flute player, and flute maker who will discuss Native American culture, history, and legends in a presentation geared to all ages.  While dressed in full regalia, Robb will display many Plains-style objects that showcase both contemporary and historic arts and crafts.  Robb played the flute for the 2002 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.  Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about Native cultures!

New to computers and the internet? Need help setting up an email?  Let us help. This beginning class will help students learn the basics, such as turning a computer on and off, using a mouse and keyboard, and how to navigate in the World Wide Web. In this class we can also help you set up an email account, send messages and photos to friends and family, and manage the people on your contact list so you can always keep in touch with them.
