On average, more than 170,000 books are published annually in the U.S. This makes the task of keeping up with new titles somewhat overwhelming.

Now there is an easy way to be sure you don’t miss out on the types of books you would really like to read. It’s our BookLetters free e-newsletter service and BookLetters’ RSS feeds. Just subscribe to as many e-newsletters or RSS feeds as you would like and you will receive updates in your email or your newsreader with brief descriptions of each title as well as links to the library’s catalog so you can easily reserve titles of interest.

For the first time ever in Weber County, a vote-by-mail will be conducted for this special bond election.  All registered voters will receive a ballot through the mail and will have the option to mail or drop it off at one of six designated spots across Weber County.  All mailed ballots must be post marked before June 25th.

You are able to renew your checked out materials if you need more time, as long as they are not overdue or on hold for someone else.  You can accomplish this by:

  • Bringing your items into the library.

  • Accessing your account online with your Library card barcode and a pin number then:

  1. Click the link to see Items Currently Checked Out

  2. To renew all of your items click Renew All or,
