Instructor Claudette Halverson will introduce teens aged 12-18 to traditional yoga poses, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. 
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.  Some mats will be available for use on a first-come basis.
