Once a year event. Library Staff are currently preparing the thousands of items that will be available at the annual sale. The excitement of the event brings out a large crowd in the morning. We highly recommend parents with small children, the elderly, and anyone wanting a more relaxed browsing experience arrive after noon. The public should also expect a 30 minute wait to purchase items (cash or checks accepted). Hardbacks $0.75, Paperbacks $0.25, DVDs $1.00. Other items as marked.
If you are not interested in the early morning "crush," come at 4 p.m. when we have our bag sale. Books are then offered at a rock-bottom price of a $1 a bag. Bringing your own bag will help us stay green.
Proceeds from the sale go to support a variety of programs throughout the Weber County Library System, such as; Reading is FUNdamental, America Reads Challenge and the Adult Proliteracy Literacy Tutoring Program.
